Job Description:

It takes a special kind of person to be a Carer. Care work can be hard work, but ultimately, it’s highly rewarding and you can make a big difference to how the clients end their lives whilst supporting their loved ones.

Job Responsibility:

caring for clients who have been fast tracked for discharge from the hospital in order to fulfil their expressed wishes to be at home in their final days
supporting their loved ones
