Masters of Science in Social Work/ Masters of Social Work
Unrestricted Clinical Social Work license
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
At least 8 years of social work experience
2 years as a social work leader in oncology and/or case management
Certified as an Oncology Social Worker (OSW), Certified Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Worker (APHSW-C), Certified Case Manager (CCM), or other clinically relevant Oncology or Palliative Care certifications

The PA functions with clinical autonomy consistent with state licensure and organizational protocols, independently conducting comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
Initial patient encounters are performed in response to consultation requests, with ongoing visits as appropriate
