Pallet Laborer

• Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers
• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling
• Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Load, unload, and stack pallets manually or with equipment
• Inspect pallets for damage and repair or recycle as needed
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble, disassemble or refurbish pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist in inventory management and quality control
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations
• Experience in materials handling within a warehouse or distribution center setting
• Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
