Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Pallet Builder to join our team at our warehouse in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue in the West Island where pallets aren't just assembled—they're meticulously crafted for durability and efficiency! As a Pallet Builder, you'll be the maestro of stacking and assembling, turning raw materials into sturdy platforms that support our operations. From selecting the perfect lumber to precision stacking and securing, your skills will ensure our products reach their destination safely. So, if you have a knack for craftsmanship, a love for stacking challenges, and a passion for quality, join our team and let's build a pallet-perfect future together!

Job Responsibility:

  • Build skids to specifications as specified in the production orders
  • Coordinate with supervisors and operators for any additional skid building
  • Coordinate with Scheduler for any changes to production orders affecting number of skids
  • Maintain a clean and organized pallet area
  • Adhere to safety and health policies and company rules
  • Perform other duties as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Requires ability to understand and follow general and/or written instructions. May involve use of basic math
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Experience with air nail gun and circular saw
  • Experience with hand tools (electrical or manual)
  • Six months experience in the same or related tasks is preferable
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly
