A leading healthcare company is looking for an experienced Palantir Platform Lead to join their growing team. In this role, you will own the data roadmap that enables a fleet of medical technologies and patient data systems to scale.

Requirements:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Data Architecture or Engineering
  • Proven ability to extract, transform, and model data from complex enterprise systems (EMR, EHR, or LIMS)
  • Experience managing technical teams while maintaining the ability to be a "hands-on" individual contributor when necessary
  • Comfortable making technical recommendations to the C-suite and navigating cross-functional requirements (Legal, HIPAA, Clinical)
  • Experience with Palantir Foundry is highly preferred
