Job Description:

Bay Property Management Group is seeking a Painting Technician, assigned to a portfolio of properties managed by BMG, including apartments, condos, and single- and multi-family housing buildings. This position is responsible for maintenance tasks mainly on painting and other minor handyman tasks for homes and apartments.

Job Responsibility:

Process and fulfill work orders including, but not limited to, priming and painting walls, decks, ceilings and more
Perform minor handyman tasks, as needed
Maintain administrative records
Complete invoices for all work completed
Complete work quickly and efficiently to control costs for owners

Requirements:

High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Reliable vehicle that you can use on the job
Able to utilize work order tracking system on multiple devices, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
Expertise in all phases of painting work
Ability to do minor handyman tasks
