Job Responsibility:
Complete painting and decorating projects with precision and attention to detail, maintaining high standards of quality
Carry out regular maintenance and touch-up work to ensure the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces remain in excellent condition
Maintain and/or replace grouting and caulking as required with expert quality
Coordinate with departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping to schedule projects with minimal disruption to operations and guest experience
Maintain an organized inventory of paints, tools, and equipment, coordinating with Purchasing to reorder supplies as required
Follow all safety regulations when working with paints, chemicals, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to maintain a safe working environment
All other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional painting experience (commercial, residential, or hospitality)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication skills with engineering/maintenance staff and hotel leadership
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Customer-service mindset when working near guests or in occupied areas
Experience with interior and exterior painting techniques
