Painter & Decorator

• Carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard
• Preparing surfaces and applying finishes with precision
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
• Delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across some of the most prestigious buildings in Central London

• Qualified Painter and Decorator
• NVQ level 3 in given trades
• Fully time served apprenticeship in given trades (Desirable)
• 2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
• 1 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment
• Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
• Good understanding of modern office software
• Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets
• Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades
