Requirements

Full, clean driving licence
Time served Painter & Decorator with City & Guilds or NVQ qualification (or equivalent time-served experience)
Willingness to complete a Basic DBS check (paid for by ClwydAlyn)

Job Responsibility

Reviewing your scheduled jobs and work instructions
Travelling to sites across the patch
Preparing surfaces (filling, sanding, priming, masking)
Painting walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces to a high standard
Applying finishes in kitchens and bathrooms following refurbishment works
Maintaining accurate job records
Working alongside other trades when required

Requirements

Qualified Painter and Decorator
NVQ level 3 in given trades
Fully time served apprenticeship in given trades (Desirable)
2 years previous experience within similar environment and in particular across area multi sites and multi discipline service delivery
1 years’ experience in customer facing outsourcing environment
Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance
Good understanding of modern office software
Experience of working with asset/work management systems such as MAXIMO / CAFM systems on Android tablets
Strong, demonstrable competencies in building services trades

Job Responsibility

Carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard
Preparing surfaces and applying finishes with precision
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification
Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
Delivering high-quality planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across some of the most prestigious buildings in Central London
