MNM Property Services is a trusted maintenance company specialising in social housing. We pride ourselves on providing safe, clean, and well-maintained homes for residents across London and surrounding areas. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter & Decorator to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works in residential properties, ensuring a high-quality finish and excellent customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong attention to detail and pride in their workmanship.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare surfaces including filling, sanding, and priming
  • Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works
  • Ensure all finishes meet required quality and specification standards
  • Follow health and safety procedures and use PPE correctly
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good condition
  • Identify and report any additional property issues
  • Complete accurate job records and documentation
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, supervisors, and managers

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
  • Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and preparation techniques
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
