We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Technician to join our Vertu Accident Repair Centre in Exeter. If you’re looking to progress your career with one of the UK’s largest and most successful Motor Retail groups, working with state‑of‑the‑art equipment, technology and tools, this could be the perfect role for you. We offer a competitive basic salary with an OTE of up to £50,000.

Job Responsibility:

Completing all paint and bodywork to the highest possible standard
Working efficiently to agreed timescales while maintaining strong productivity
Ensuring vehicles are fully prepared, painted, finished and quality‑checked
Contributing to an exceptional customer experience with every repair completed

Requirements:

Proven experience in all aspects of paint preparation
Strong knowledge of water‑based paint techniques
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced bodyshop environment
Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Technician or Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop setting
Hold a full UK driving licence
