Job Description:

If you have experience with powder paint, priming parts, spraying at a high quality, and have pride in your work, Randstad have the perfect role for you in a world-renowned manufacturing company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cover Powder coat process when required
  • Painting of all parts to high standards (on a moving line, speed 13ft per minute)
  • Change equipment as per standardised work requirements
  • Rework rejected parts to high Quality standards
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained and stored within H&S requirements
  • Adhere to the company's Health & Safety policy and safe working practices
  • Adhere to company's Values in Action: Integrity, Commitment, Excellence,Teamwork

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the functionality of spray systems
  • Knowledge of different paint types
  • Knowledge of MSDS and COSSH systems
  • Ability to change equipment e.g. tips and filters
  • The ability to read, comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions/procedures
  • Ability to work well with a team environment and possess a flexible attitude
  • You will possess effective communication skills to communicate with various levels of the organisation
  • Willing to undertake training/learning as required
