Job Responsibility:

  • To prepare, spray and efficiently finish vehicles ensuring correctness of colour match and final finish to the company and customer’s expected standard
  • Update your knowledge regularly when product developments/improvements take place
  • Attend training courses as necessary
  • Report any deterioration in health or vision to your manager without delay

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential
  • ATA accredited is preferred
  • Understand the general principles of spray-painting technology, paint composition, paint mixing and the various methods of paint-spraying vehicles
  • Prepare vehicles fully before painting to include masking, sanding, and other necessary preparation work
  • Always use the prescribed safety apparatus/clothing
  • Keep all company tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
  • To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment
  • To co-operate with colleagues and team leaders
