Job Description

Syntech Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the search for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their production team on a 3-month contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with industrial or engineering paint spraying experience looking for a stable contract within a clean, professional working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Wet spraying a variety of engineered components
  • Preparing surfaces ready for paint application
  • Masking and finishing components to required standards
  • Mixing paints and ensuring correct application processes
  • Supporting powder coating activities where required
  • Working from engineering instructions and production schedules
  • Maintaining high quality and housekeeping standards

Requirements

  • Previous wet spray painting experience within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive or engineering
  • Good understanding of paint preparation and finishing processes
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and available for an immediate or short-notice start

Nice to have

Powder coating experience would be highly desirable
