Job Description:

A paint sales representative's job involves selling paint products and services to customers, typically by understanding their needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and building relationships. They also manage client accounts, generate leads, and meet sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable paint products and services
Providing expertise on color matching, product selection, and application
Answering customer questions about products, prices, and credit terms
Maintaining client records and building strong relationships
Generating leads and prospecting for new business
Visiting hardware shops and potential clients to promote products
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets
Negotiating contracts and securing deposits
Preparing and submitting sales contracts and reports
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients

Requirements:
