Job Description

Paint Support is expected to safely perform all aspects of support for paint operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Comply with the company/site safety rules
  • Maintain clean work environment
  • Follow and complete the supervised established procedures, processes, and policies
  • Efficiently load (hang) and unload raw parts from the paint line
  • Knowledge and understanding of the impacts of quality
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
  • and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.

  • Basic Plumbing: Faucet and filter maintenance
  • Outdoor Maintenance: Basic landscaping, mulch application, bollard pole maintenance, bike racks, fence and gate repairs, perimeter light poles, power washing, and air hose hangers
  • Hardware and Fixtures: Door handles, locks, closers, shelving installation, and repair
  • Other Tasks: Basic compressor maintenance, glove/sanitizer dispenser upkeep, traffic signage, marketing component installation, floor drains, island maintenance, and miscellaneous upkeep as assigned
