Job Description:

In this vital role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, utilizing your advanced clinical assessment skills and deep understanding of pain science to provide comprehensive and individualized pain management strategies. You will work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and an interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and evaluate effective treatment plans for patients experiencing acute, chronic, and complex pain conditions.If you are a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and patient education skills, eager to make a tangible difference in the lives of those suffering from pain, we invite you to apply. Job Responsibility:

  • Assumes responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting
  • Organizes and prioritizes patient care duties as assigned
  • Performs assessment and analyzes patient problems and conditions using critical decision making
  • Administers medications according to organizational policies and procedures
  • Documents assessments and interventions in accordance with hospital policy and standards of care
  • Addresses patient phone calls by the end of the day with physician direction

Requirements:

  • Diploma Of Nursing Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Registered Nurse: KY
  • Basic Life Support - CPR
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • 1-3 years Pain Management experience of one to two years
