Job Description

LERMA/ is seeking a solutions-oriented Paid Social Supervisor to help maximize Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok advertising strategies and campaigns for our partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop paid social strategies across all social platforms including, but not limited to, Meta/Instagram, Pinterest, Nextdoor, Reddit, TikTok, and Twitter
  • Oversee paid social budgets exceeding $10M, ensuring precise monthly pacing and efficient allocation of spend to meet performance goals
  • Partner with the analytics team to ensure events and parameters are properly implemented, tagged, and accurately passed back for measurement
  • Analyze and report relevant social media KPIs on a regular cadence to highlight successes and opportunities
  • Troubleshoot technical assets such as product catalogs, pixels, offline datasets, and other platform integrations
  • Manage and train junior paid social talent while maintaining accountability for their career development
  • Remain well-versed in the paid social vendor landscape and contribute to agency points of view
  • Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies, to improve campaign performance and recommend how clients can best leverage new tools and services
  • Translate and communicate campaign success and insights to clients
  • Participate in meetings and client QBRs while assisting with meeting deliverables and keynote presentations
  • Work flexible hours to adapt to the real-time nature of the social space and be available “on call” during non-business hours for posting and optimization as needed

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in a digital agency with extensive experience using social biddable platforms
  • Strong understanding of paid social campaign management technology from implementation through the daily management of optimization features
  • Demonstrated experience directing and managing large and complex paid social campaigns
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and chart building
  • At least 1+ years of team management experience, setting best practices, implementing innovative solutions, and serving as a point of escalation
  • Preferred experience working with Prisma/Mediaocean
