Job Responsibility:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other emerging social channels
Own the campaign process from concept through launch, ongoing optimization, and comprehensive reporting
Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad copy and visuals
Manage budgets, bids, and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per lead (CPL) efficiency
Develop and oversee A/B testing for audience segmentation, creative assets, ad formats, and messaging variations
