Job Responsibility
Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest
Manage campaign setups across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, and performance), tracking KPIs such as traffic, CPAs, and ROAS
Set up and manage complex A/B testing frameworks (creative, audience, and placement) and coordinate Brand Lift Studies for upper-funnel campaigns
Build and refine advanced audiences using 1st-party, 3rd-party, and platform data (lookalikes, retargeting, behavioral targeting)
Establish strict naming conventions, taxonomy structures, and UTM parameters for seamless cross-platform tracking and deliver high-impact reporting
Generate paid social creative briefs based on inputs from the Comms team to continuously iterate on ad formats and messaging
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns with clear, provable performance outcomes
Deep, practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong familiarity with tracking implementation, pixels, conversion tracking, UTM builders, taxonomy, and attribution models
Exceptional communication and time management skills, backed by a deeply analytical mindset
Nice to have
Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360 or The Trade Desk)
