We are partnering with a local marketing agency to hire a Paid Social Specialist. This individual will partner closely with creative counterparts to execute and optimize campaigns that drive measurable revenue outcomes. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys technical execution, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. You will own the end-to-end paid social infrastructure, ensuring campaigns are efficiently targeted, properly tracked, and optimized for return on investment.
Job Responsibility
Manage setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across primary and emerging platforms (Meta, TikTok)
Continuously refine bidding strategies, budget allocation, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals
Optimize campaigns against key metrics such as ROAS and cost efficiency
Monitor key engagement and conversion metrics (CTR, CVR) to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure traffic is routed correctly to landing pages
Validate that tracking signals and conversion events are accurately captured
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media marketing + buying
Advanced expertise with major advertising platforms like Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
Experience working with analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) and large datasets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience within performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital publishing environments
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of attribution models, revenue metrics, and partner-driven marketing structures
