We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Paid Social Specialist to join Wrike’s in-house Paid Digital team. You’ll independently plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn (key focus), Meta, Reddit, and YouTube. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset. This is an exciting opportunity to work on full-funnel paid social initiatives, including high-visibility brand and bottom-of-funnel campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Own paid social campaigns from ideation to execution - audience building, briefs for content and design teams, setup, optimization, and reporting
Manage LinkedIn campaigns end-to-end
support Meta, Reddit, and YouTube campaigns where relevant
Translate strategy into execution: take direction from your Team Lead and Director and drive day-to-day delivery
Develop new creative ideas and propose angles, hooks, formats, and briefs that inspire design and content teams
Analyze performance trends and provide clear recommendations for improvements
Stay informed about B2B social trends, benchmarks, creative patterns, and platform changes and actively bring this knowledge into your work
Drive experimentation through A/B tests, new formats, and platform innovations to continuously improve results
Explore and implement new AI tools, automation, and best practices to streamline workflows and enhance campaign efficiency
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience, especially with LinkedIn Ads
Experience with Meta, Reddit, or YouTube is a plus
Experience in a B2B company is a plus
Strong execution skills and the ability to take direction and independently build, launch, and manage campaigns
Curiosity and a genuine interest in creative testing, storytelling, and improving ad quality
Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with design and content teams
Familiarity with Excel and BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them during onboarding
Experience using or eagerness to use AI for creative brainstorming, audience insights, or workflow automation
A self-driven learning mindset - staying up to date with B2B social trends, benchmarks, platform updates, and best practices
Nice to have:
Experience with Meta, Reddit, or YouTube is a plus
Experience in a B2B company is a plus
Familiarity with Excel and BI analytics tools, or a willingness to learn them during onboarding
