Job Description

We’re looking for a Paid Social & Search Specialist to help drive the next stage of our customer acquisition. In this role, you’ll be managing paid search and paid social campaigns, working across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll be hands-on in building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns — using data to guide decisions while also contributing to the creative strategies that power performance. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working end-to-end: from writing and testing ad copy and creatives, to shaping full funnel media buying strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and have the opportunity to shape how we grow and engage with our customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Building out full funnel campaigns (Brand Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retargeting)
  • Write, test, and optimize ad copy
  • Managing paid media budgets, along with forecasting and budgeting
  • Translating data into insights using tools like Google Analytics
  • Work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Design teams
  • Lead the creative learning agenda
  • Write converting creative briefs for UGC creators and in-house Design teams
  • Drive continuous innovation by integrating creative performance insights, creative trends, and customer insights
  • Conduct creative research through platforms like Ads Library

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a performance marketing team at a brand or agency
  • Hands-on keyboard experience with paid search, paid social channels and creative development
  • Native-level fluency in German with proven ability to write high-converting German ad copy and adapt campaigns for German-speaking audiences
  • Experience in directing creative teams, agencies, and UGC creators
  • Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, media buying strategies, and how to impact performance marketing critical metrics
  • Outstanding organizational skills and experience with project management systems
  • Experience in using Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms
