Yes& is looking for a Specialist, Paid Social Media to join the Yes& team. Working primarily with Association, Federal Government, Higher Education, and Healthcare clients, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the client’s objectives and target audiences and come to the table with fresh ideas on how to leverage paid social channels to achieve their goals. This position will work closely with our SVP of Media Strategy, Digital Marketing Director, and full media team to plan and execute paid social campaigns including media strategy, planning, buying, campaign management, and reporting.
Job Responsibility:
Work with clients and internal teams to define goals and objectives and develop strategic paid social plans that get results
Setup, launch, and manage campaigns on social channels
Analyze client datasets, and 1P and 3P data to inform campaign targeting strategies, including geographic, demographic, behavioral, contextual, and ad retargeting
Collaborate closely with programmatic, search, and traditional media strategists, in addition to account and creative teams
Configure tags and tracking in close coordination with the analytics team within Google Tag Manager and GA4
Manage and monitor advertising campaigns, track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs
Analyze results and develop insightful performance reports
Stay up to date on advertising industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
Hands-on proficiency with Meta and LinkedIn is required
Experience on other social platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, and X
Full-funnel campaign experience for reach, landing page views, lead-gen tactics, and ad retargeting
Well versed in different ad unit types, placements, objectives, audience builds, and geotargeting strategies
Experience with pixel placement and conversion tracking configuration within platform, GA4, and GTM
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or another related field
2-4 years of relevant experience leading paid social campaign strategies and execution
Agency experience managing $100k+ total monthly spend across multiple clients is strongly preferred
Resourceful and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills
adept at working under tight deadlines
able to evaluate priorities and manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Desire to research and learn new platforms
test tactics and strategies
and analyze performance and recommend optimizations
Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage media budgets, schedules, and coordinate with internal project teams and clients
Strong presentation and written communication skills and the ability to interface well with clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel
Nice to have:
Experience in Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, vlookup, data visualization, etc)
Agency experience working with clients in association, federal government, higher ed, or healthcare
Advertising experience targeting hard to reach populations and underserved communities
