Job Description:

The Paid Social Media Specialist is an entry-level member of our marketing team, responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns. This is a great opportunity for individuals starting their careers in digital marketing to gain hands-on experience while collaborating with an experienced and supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute paid social media campaigns following strategic guidance from senior marketing team members
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual assets tailored to specific audiences
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy and creatives to improve performance
  • Monitor daily campaign spend and key performance metrics
  • recommend optimizations
  • Analyze campaign results and provide regular performance reports and insights
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and forecasting efforts
  • Stay up to date on paid media trends and share relevant learnings with the team
  • Handle administrative tasks related to campaigns, such as billing and documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Ability and familiarity with video editing for social content
  • Familiarity with major platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Nice to have:

  • Internship or relevant experience in digital marketing or paid social is a plus
  • Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Hands-on experience editing videos for platforms like TikTok, Reels, or Youtube shorts
  • Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn
