Bloom Ads is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals seeking an exciting career in paid social media management. The Paid Social Media Manager will oversee brand success across multiple key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through the creative and tactical execution of organic and paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and more. This position requires expertise in social strategy, campaign execution, and team leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the Social Media Team, leading and training new coordinators and specialists
Deploy media buying and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and other relevant social platforms
Develop estimates, budgets, and strategies for client campaigns and new business opportunities
Proofread all strategies and ads before they are sent to the client and launched
Optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks for marketing automation and other technologies to support campaign execution
Set up tracking pixels, ad tags, etc., and ensure all KPIs are properly tracked
Identify optimization opportunities and make media recommendations
Manage all ongoing projects between Media Teams and the Creative Team
Manage the Creative Team, creating ads that will convert inside of platforms
Ensure that creative briefs and brand guidelines are being followed in creative execution
Source, QA, and manage influencer activations
Research, test, and stay ahead of the latest updates regarding tools, techniques, and methods related to social media
Conduct research for new opportunities or new markets using social forecasting tools
Research emerging social platforms to support client recommendations
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in Paid Social
Deep knowledge of and proficiency in social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
Proficiency in social ad copy creation, trends, and grammar
Hands-on experience working in social media, content, and editorial planning with a deep understanding of the social ecosystem
Experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns
Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies, with experience running awareness and direct response campaigns
High creative standards and attention to detail
Strong track record of driving adoption of innovative ideas and concepts
Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills
Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, with a test & learn mentality
Experience working with content creators and influencers is a plus
Experience using a content management system
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
