Job Description:

The Paid Social Media Manager will own the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for all paid social campaigns across Meta and additional platforms. This individual contributor role is ideal for a “full-stack” social marketer—someone who excels at crafting compelling ad concepts, building full-funnel architectures, and analyzing performance data to scale campaigns efficiently. You will serve as the in-house subject matter expert on the Meta ecosystem while collaborating with internal creative teams and external agency partners to drive growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Meta Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and optimization of paid social campaigns, with a focus on scaling Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to $75k+ per month
  • Funnel Architecture: Build and manage comprehensive full-funnel strategies, spanning prospecting, retargeting, and retention
  • Algorithmic Optimization: Fully leverage machine learning and automated bidding systems to maximize account efficiency and performance
  • Creative Direction: Translate performance insights into creative briefs
  • collaborate with designers to produce high-performing video and static assets
  • Analytics & Measurement: Analyze multi-source datasets to diagnose performance issues. Utilize pixels and Conversions API for robust online and offline tracking
  • Channel Expansion: Explore and support additional growth channels (YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) to diversify customer acquisition efforts

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in hands-on Meta Ads management for a B2C brand
  • Proven success scaling Meta campaigns to monthly spends of $75k+
  • Expert Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Meta’s machine learning behavior, audience signals, and attribution dynamics
  • Analytical Prowess: Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership
  • Copywriting: Excellent skills in crafting conversion-driven, emotionally compelling ad messaging
