Job Description:

The main focus of this role is to strategize, manage, and optimize our client’s paid media ad accounts across platforms like Meta and TikTok. You'll launch and manage campaigns, keep a close eye on budgets, and conduct frequent A/B testing to gather data across ads and creative. The core focus is to scale accounts, with an emphasis on client ROAS goals. Our number one focus is to drive growth and ROI for our clients. You will be expected to manage needs internally while providing insight and roadmaps for clients on where and how to scale. You will use your experience to make decisions and take calculated risks worth testing in order to drive growth. You will be in charge of driving constant team communication to ensure the account has a sense of urgency to find winners and scale budgets whenever possible.

Job Responsibility:

  • Quick and thoughtful execution of paid social ads by error-free building of ads and troubleshooting account performance
  • Strong understanding and ability to rapidly optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns
  • Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing project managers and growth leads with valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
  • Management of campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively on a team
