A London-based creative agency is looking for a Paid Social Specialist to support across a portfolio of premium brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands paid social from a creative performance perspective. Not traditional paid media buying. Not just reporting. This sits at the intersection of platform mechanics, creative optimisation and commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with creative, strategy and account teams to ensure paid social activity is structured properly, insight-led and built to drive measurable results.
Job Responsibility:
Building and structuring paid social strategies aligned to clear business objectives
Planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta and TikTok
Developing account structures, testing frameworks and bidding approaches
Turning performance data into clear creative recommendations
Leading campaign reporting and performance reviews
Collaborating with internal creative teams to shape paid-ready assets
Supporting and guiding junior specialists where required
Requirements:
Proven paid social expertise across Meta and TikTok
Experience within a creative or digitally led agency environment
Strong understanding of creative testing, hooks and performance optimisation
Experience working with fashion, premium retail or tech brands preferred
Confident managing campaigns against conversion-led KPIs
