We're partnering with a growing, award-winning agency in Birmingham that's looking for a Paid Social Executive to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, helping to plan, execute and optimise paid social campaigns across major platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
Job Responsibility
Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across multiple platforms
Monitoring performance and making data-driven recommendations
Creating campaign reports and presenting insights to internal teams and clients
Supporting strategy development and campaign planning
Keeping up to date with platform updates, trends and best practices
Collaborating with creative, content and wider digital teams
Requirements
Previous experience in paid social advertising, either agency-side or in-house
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and other paid social platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing
