This temporary role offers a hybrid working model—primarily remote with one day per week on-site in Montclair, NJ—for a duration of 5 to 9 weeks. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement creative strategies for paid social campaigns across various product launches and growth initiatives

Oversee end-to-end creative workflows, from concept development to final approval of content
Conduct audience research to identify new segments and enhance campaign reach
Stay ahead of platform trends, integrating emerging features and tools to optimize ad performance
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in digital creative strategy, ideally in paid social advertising
Demonstrated ability to create diverse ad formats and content types, including UGC, influencer content, and lo-fi style videos
Proficiency with social media advertising platforms such as Meta and TikTok, with strong knowledge of best practices
Experience with audience research and translating insights into compelling creative concepts
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
