We’re partnering with a leading beauty brand known for its clean and inclusive formulations to find a talented Creative Strategist, Paid Social . This hybrid role offers a flexible schedule, primarily working remotely with one in-office day per week, for a duration of 5 to 9 weeks. The position is for up to 30 hours a week, with competitive hourly compensation. Job Responsibility:
Design and implement creative strategies for paid social campaigns aligned with product launches and brand growth efforts
Partner with the Growth team to plan experiments, interpret performance data, and refine creative approaches
Oversee the full creative process, including conceptualization, briefing, and review of content for final approval
Conduct research on target audiences to identify new demographics and improve campaign outreach
Maintain a diverse portfolio of creative materials optimized for Meta and TikTok platforms, adhering to best practices
Provide timely, on-brand content to support weekly campaign launches
Stay informed on social media trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to guide creative development
Manage project timelines and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Adapt creative strategies based on platform shifts and emerging trends
Explore and incorporate AI tools like Nano Banana Pro into workflows to enhance output quality and efficiency
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in paid social creative strategy, ideally in DTC ecommerce or beauty
Proven ability to develop engaging creative assets across various formats
Advanced knowledge of paid advertising platforms and relevant best practices
Strong analytical skills complemented by a creative approach
Experience or interest in integrating AI tools, such as Nano Banana Pro, into content creation
Deep understanding of social media trends and platform-specific creative standards
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
Skilled in audience research and translating insights into strategic creative concepts
Collaborative team player comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced setting
Effective communicator with a proactive, scrappy start-up mentality
