Reporting to the Senior Paid Social Director, you will play a key role within our Paid Media department, managing and scaling paid social strategies for one of our largest key clients in the French fashion retail sector. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid social campaigns, from media planning and activation to optimisation, reporting and client recommendations. Working within a close-knit, highly collaborative team, you’ll enjoy real visibility across the account and the freedom to test new strategies and campaign formats across all major platforms, supported by Jellyfish’s strong partner relationships and early exposure to emerging AI-driven tools.
Job Responsibility:
Setup, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
Monitor performance closely, analyse results and translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Manage and control budgets, pacing and forecasts to ensure efficient spend and delivery
Identify opportunities to improve campaign structures
Conduct campaign audits, validations and best practice reviews
Produce performance reports and client-facing presentations
Present results, insights and recommendations to clients, and contribute to strategic discussions
Collaborate closely with Client Management, Creative, Data and other Media teams to ensure smooth execution and consistent strategic alignment
Requirements:
Fluent in French
Conversational level of English
About 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns with large budgets in an agency environment
Hands-on experience with at least one major paid social platform (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest), along with a strong understanding of the others
Solid understanding of paid social KPIs, full-funnel strategies, and key performance drivers
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and performance analysis
Skilled at creating structured, clear, and visually polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business
You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances
