Job Description

Open Partners is looking for a dynamic Paid Social Associate Partner to drive performance, activation, and strategic growth across paid social platforms specifically for our local Melbourne-based clients. Operating directly from one of our biggest clients' Melbourne offices, you will ensure a premium, face-to-face client experience. This role explicitly requires a local, consistent Melbourne office presence (3 days per week) to satisfy on-site client operations and foster high-touch regional collaboration.

  • Elevated Regional Activation: Flawless deployment, QA, and execution of paid social campaigns on time and according to local best practices
  • Commercial Continuity: Localised performance management and rapid optimization to retain and satisfy key accounts
  • Strategic Collaboration: Co-authoring advanced client roadmaps with the Partner team, ensuring data and creative products are proactively deployed as business solutions
