Job Description

We are looking for a Paid Social Analyst to support paid social execution across a portfolio of client accounts. This role sits within the paid social team and works closely with senior specialists to ensure campaigns are structured correctly, tested consistently, and grounded in reliable data. The right candidate is someone who takes ownership of their accounts, sweats the details, and does not need to be reminded to check pacing or flag an issue. You do not need to have all the answers yet, but you do need to be curious enough to go looking for them. If you are the type of person who opens a campaign and immediately wants to understand why it is performing the way it is, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain scalable full-funnel paid social structures across prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows to ensure stable delivery and continuous learnings
  • Run a disciplined creative and audience iteration loop by translating inputs into testable variants, identifying winners and losers, and driving actionable performance improvements
  • Protect tracking integrity by validating pixel/CAPI/event setups, monitoring attribution mismatches, and maintaining campaign hygiene to ensure decisions are based on reliable signals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, Meta Ads (Required)
  • TikTok and/or LinkedIn (Advantage)
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously (Required)
  • Solid understanding of full-funnel campaign structure: prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows (Required)
  • Proficiency with pixel/CAPI implementation and event validation
  • Experience running structured creative and audience testing
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR, and similar
  • High attention to detail and campaign hygiene discipline
  • Proactive communicator, flags risks before they escalate
  • Agency background (Advantage)
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English proficiency (Required)
