LERMA/ is seeking a solutions-oriented Paid Search Supervisor to lead performance-driven search and video strategies across Google and Microsoft ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on YouTube and emerging Google demand-generation formats. This role will manage a portfolio of clients with significant annual budgets, driving measurable business outcomes through full-funnel paid media strategy, innovation, and operational excellence. The Paid Search Supervisor will serve as both a strategic lead and hands-on practitioner, owning campaign performance from strategy through execution while proactively identifying new opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for a high-performing practitioner looking to expand their leadership responsibilities as the team grows.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of enterprise-scale search and YouTube programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring campaigns align with broader media objectives and consistently deliver against performance goals
  • Lead campaign strategy including keyword development, audience frameworks, and structured testing roadmaps designed to unlock incremental growth
  • Oversee paid media budgets exceeding $5M annually, ensuring accurate pacing, forecasting, and efficient allocation of spend to meet performance goals
  • Lead full-funnel YouTube strategy—including awareness and Demand Gen campaigns—while partnering with creative teams to test and refine messaging, hooks, formats, and calls to action that improve engagement and performance
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day platform partner with Google, collaborating on betas, product insights, and strategic opportunities to unlock incremental performance
  • Operate with a high level of autonomy while serving as the primary owner and escalation point for campaign performance and platform partnerships
  • Manage and mentor junior paid search talent, setting best practices and supporting career development

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a digital media agency environment with deep hands-on expertise in paid search platforms
  • Proven track record managing complex, large-scale campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Deep experience buying and optimizing YouTube campaigns across multiple objectives, including awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Experience evaluating and improving video creative performance through structured testing frameworks (hooks, storytelling formats, length, and calls to action)
  • Experience managing six- and seven-figure media budgets with strong financial stewardship, forecasting accuracy, and pacing discipline
  • Ability to translate campaign and creative performance data into actionable recommendations that improve both media performance and creative development
  • Strong understanding of modern measurement frameworks and conversion tracking, including GA4 and offline attribution methodologies
  • High proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) with the ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights into strategic recommendations
  • Experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage complex initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Ideal experience includes Google Merchant Center, SA360, Looker Studio, Prisma/Mediaocean, and feed management tools
