MVF are looking for an experienced Paid Search campaign specialist to join our award-winning performance marketing team. We are one of the World's largest customer acquisition businesses, with a core team in London working closely with our growing team in Austin, Texas. Job Responsibility

  • Hitting marketing plans and growing a portfolio of performance campaigns across Google Search/Display/Demand Gen/PMax and Bing, through in-depth performance analysis and implementation of optimisation activities & tests
  • Leading on testing and projects that enable the wider SEM team of 30+ move forward with new products and features
  • Dedicated project/personal development

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands on campaign management experience on Google Ads (Search required, Display and/or Demand Gen preferred) including implementation of optimisation activities and tests
  • Can work autonomously and deliver marketing performance & analysis
  • Display strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders of different seniorities
  • Desire to test new platform features and help advance the team's strategy and knowledge by applying local marketing experience
  • Evidence of processes and workflows designed or improved
  • Evidence of strong analytical and numerical ability
