At Dell Marketing Team, the Paid Search Team is at the forefront of driving digital advertising success. The team’s mission is to optimize campaigns, analyze trends, and deliver impactful advertising strategies that align with our business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Execute paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, and manage budgets to meet business goals
Optimize paid search campaigns and manage budgets to achieve KPIs and maximize efficiency
Partner with planning teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to shape campaign strategies and ensure flawless execution
Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Mentor a small team (1–3 members), ensuring adherence to internal processes, financial controls, and operational best practices while driving campaign excellence
Requirements:
Proven professional experience in search engine marketing (minimum 4–5 years), with expertise in platforms like SA350, Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across global teams
Experience managing large-scale campaigns with complex objectives
Proven ability to manage or mentor a small team (1–3 members), ensuring compliance with internal processes and operational standards
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
