Our client is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Paid Search Specialist on a temporary, freelance basis. This role is crucial for supporting their expanding client base and alleviating the current workload of the in-house team. The specialist will be responsible for managing B2B paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, handling a wide spectrum of budgets from $2,000 to over $100,000 per month. A key aspect of this position involves direct client interaction, requiring strong communication and client-facing skills. This role is integral to maintaining high-quality service delivery and supporting their strategic growth initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for B2B clients
  • Handle campaign budgets ranging from $2,000 to over $100,000 per month, adapting strategies as needed
  • Communicate directly with clients, providing regular updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate comprehensive reports using Excel
  • Collaborate with internal account managers and project managers to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes to ensure best practices are applied

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in paid search management, with a strong focus on B2B campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse budgets, specifically from $2,000 to over $100,000 per month
  • Proven client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with advertising tools editors and SEMrush is highly desirable
  • SA360 experience is a bonus but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule with availability for 20-30 hours per week
  • Located in the US or Canada, with a preference for Eastern Time Zone or willingness to flex schedule
