Job Description:

As a Paid Search & Programmatic Leader, you will be contributing to the Integrated Media Center of Excellence with a focus on media investment for growth agenda, optimizing the use of performance focused digital media channels in an efficient and effective way. You will contribute to the deployment of media projects across our INGKA 30+markets to influence their strategies & share best practices and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Perform Paid Search, Video and Display analytics across channels (Google tech stack, different DSPs, etc.) to support the Digital Media Leader in the development of media optimization strategies
Monitor & analyse our key projects withing Paid Search, Video and Display across channels performance data, to pinpoint improvement opportunities in markets
Contribute to Digital Channels projects by capturing and analysing data and metrics for continuous improvement and informed decision-making
Develop and share playbooks, success stories and learning content to enhance competence in Paid Search, Display and Video across markets

Requirements:

Ability to accelerate our roadmap for media buying
Stakeholder management as well as working with our agencies
Bespoke Project Management
Analytical mindset
Passion for Marketing Performance
Experience in working with Paid Search, Video and Display (Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
Experience with data analytics, performance evaluation and integration across ad tech tools
Experience with Digital Media platforms, Ad Tech & Analytics tools (E.g. Google Analytics)

Nice to have:

Experience in a Marketing agency or international brand’s Marketing department
