Job Description

GoGo has seen significant growth across new channels, services, and audiences. We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead high-scale SEM programs across Google and Bing Ads. You’ll play a key role in owning and driving growth by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and scaling across campaigns and services. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who’s analytical and creative.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns
  • Optimize and scale large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Bing Ads platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance using available tools and data, and drawing actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency
  • Proactively create and maintain clear campaign roadmaps, prioritizing optimization and growth opportunities across channels and services
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimizing funnel steps including calls, leads, and registrations
  • Own paid search results and SEM marketing budgets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields
  • 4-6 years of deep hands-on experience managing paid search and performance marketing
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail
  • US citizen/visa only

  • Understanding or experience with subscription business models
  • Experience messaging and marketing to seniors or family of seniors
  • General SQL knowledge
  • Experience with Tableau
