GoGo has seen significant growth across new channels, services, and audiences. We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Paid Search Marketing Manager to lead high-scale SEM programs across Google and Bing Ads. You’ll play a key role in owning and driving growth by executing campaigns, analyzing data, and scaling across campaigns and services. This role is ideal for a marketing strategist who’s analytical and creative.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns
Optimize and scale large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google and Bing Ads platforms
Analyze campaign performance using available tools and data, and drawing actionable insights to improve ROI and efficiency
Proactively create and maintain clear campaign roadmaps, prioritizing optimization and growth opportunities across channels and services
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimizing funnel steps including calls, leads, and registrations
Own paid search results and SEM marketing budgets
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and engineering teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or related fields
4-6 years of deep hands-on experience managing paid search and performance marketing
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detail

Nice to have:
Understanding or experience with subscription business models
Experience messaging and marketing to seniors or family of seniors
General SQL knowledge
Experience with Tableau
