Job Description:

As a Paid Search Manager at Zion & Zion, you will be a client-facing partner responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that deliver measurable results. You will translate client business goals into effective search campaigns, manage the daily performance of accounts, and provide clear insights and recommendations that strengthen client relationships. The role requires strong collaboration with the media team to support performance across channels, and with analytics, strategy, and client services teams to connect search strategies to broader business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage paid search strategies that align with client business goals and drive measurable results
  • Oversee campaign performance, budgets, and optimizations across major search platforms
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, present findings, and recommend opportunities for growth
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful recommendations
  • Create clear and concise presentations for client meetings
  • Interpret performance data and communicate key takeaways to clients
  • Pull media pacing reports and analyze performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate with agency departments and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience at a media planning & buying agency a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications (Marketing, Advertising, Finance, Business Administration, or similar)
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
  • Proactive team player willing to roll up your sleeves and help as needed
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Self-starter who can keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience with new-business pitches is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams
  • Experience with Google Ads
