Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic sports startup based in London and they are looking for someone who has hands on PPC and Paid Social campaign management experience. We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Manager to manage the daily operations of our client's paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn. You will work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to design, build, and optimise campaigns that drive customer acquisition and growth. Your primary goal will be to drive trials into paid subscriptions and contribute to their broader marketing efforts.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the daily operations of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn
Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to design, build, and optimise campaigns that drive customer acquisition and growth
Drive trials into paid subscriptions and contribute to broader marketing efforts
Requirements:
Experience in a paid media or PPC role
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, and UTM parameters for tracking and optimisation
Highly analytical, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and track performance against KPIs
Nice to have:
Experience with Google Tag Manager
A strong understanding of digital marketing funnels
