The Paid Search Junior Partner is responsible for supporting their team in planning and developing Paid Search activity for a client or group of clients, helping to develop our Paid Search product, and contributing proactively to their knowledge and skill development. A Junior Partner is a supporting role, assisting and learning from the Partners and Associate Partners. They will be motivated to learn and develop in their function. A Junior Partner will mainly support the department and other client facing roles and focus on the day to day administrative tasks.

Supporting team in planning and developing Paid Search activity for clients
Helping to develop Paid Search product
Contributing proactively to knowledge and skill development
Supporting day-to-day delivery of search activity
Playing vital role in financial reporting and budget management
Proactively identifying opportunities for effectiveness
Contributing to development of new Paid Search frameworks and internal skills
Requirements:
1-2+ years of Paid Search experience required
experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics is essential
Data Fluency: comfortable diving into Google Analytics and spreadsheets
Agile Prioritization: ability to coordinate a multifaceted workload
Proactive Inquiry: ask 'why' and 'what's next'
Collaborative Spirit: 'chorus-first' mindset
Technological Curiosity: desire to master tools like Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, and advanced data visualization
