Job Description:

Account Coordinator, Paid Search role at DEPT®, a Growth Invention company. Primary function is to provide vital production support for the account team, with day-to-day responsibilities including running reports, implementing optimizations, building campaigns, and participating in meetings. The role involves developing a solid foundation of paid search analytical and technical expertise.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide vital production support for account team
  • Running and formatting performance reports

  • Participating in and taking notes during internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations
  • Responsible for 2-3 accounts
  • Learn DEPT®’s best practices for Paid Search Engine Marketing
  • Report write-ups – identify performance trends, understand metrics, explain past week performance
  • Bid adjustments – understand different bidding methodologies
  • Daily performance monitoring
  • Budget pacing - update, monitor, and communicate budget pacing performance
  • Campaign builds – develop suggestions on best method to build out a campaign
  • Pixels – create/pull/QA pixels, tracking, remarketing, and list creation
  • Delegate production tasks to nearshore or other internal team members

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets including sorting, filters, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables, text to columns, conditional formatting
  • Proficiency in Paid Search: Ability to navigate UIs to pull reports, implement tasks, upload & edit campaigns
  • Create and edit campaigns, ads, and audiences in Facebook
  • Understanding of DMUS’s SEM methodology
  • Understanding of various metrics (CPC, CTR, CVR) and how to calculate them
  • High-level understanding of different levers to pull to hit target goals
  • Experience across Google - search, display and/or app campaigns
  • Experience with campaign types: UAC, ACi, Google app campaigns, GDN campaigns, performance max, discovery campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing
