The Paid Search Associate Partner is responsible for Paid Search planning and activation for a client or group of clients, ensuring effectiveness and helping to develop our Paid Search product. An Associate Partner is a specialist activation position within a team and will often be the main point of contact for the client. An Associate will be a self-sufficient, proactive person who will support the Partner on the strategy of the function, they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness and analysis as well as quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client facing and be responsible for the performance for a client, channel or function.

support the Partner in identifying and winning cross-sell or new business opportunities
Flawless implementation of best-in-class Paid Search strategies across Google and Microsoft platforms
create documented testing and improvement plans
own accurate budget tracking and financial documentation
create high-quality Google Slides/PowerPoint decks
maintain a consistent track record of error-free activation and campaign management
Requirements:
2–5+ years of Paid Search experience
experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Google Analytics is essential
Significant hands-on experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with the ability to navigate enterprise tools (like SA360) and complex account structures
The ability to find the signal in the noise
comfortable with data and can present it in a way that is clear, persuasive, and actionable
Proactively inquisitive about industry trends and product updates
A specialist mindset where you take responsibility for the performance, quality assurance, and financial accuracy of your function
The ability to guide a client to adopt a strategy they might initially be hesitant about, using data and logic to preserve trust and drive better outcomes
