Job Description:

Help us shape the future of paid digital performance at TUI. Search, social and programmatic are evolving fast – from manual optimisation to automation, AI-driven bidding, and ever more personalised customer journeys. As Paid Performance Lead for the Nordics, you'll be at the centre of this evolution, ensuring we deliver traffic, conversion and revenue growth across our region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own planning, activation and optimisation across paid search, social and programmatic
  • Manage and allocate multi-million budgets, continuously optimising spend to deliver against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing performance marketing team
  • Drive the evolution of the media mix, ensuring innovation and best practices are tested and scaled
  • Maintain strategic relationships with major partners (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.) and leverage new platform features and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, CRM, content and e-commerce to ensure a fully integrated approach across channels
  • Translate complex performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in paid performance marketing (paid search essential, social/programmatic a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and automated bidding strategies
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into insights and business impact
  • Experience managing budgets and reporting on KPIs like CPA, ROAS, COS and assisted revenue
  • Leadership skills – able to develop, motivate and coach a team
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to align marketing strategies with commercial goals
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience in travel, tourism or e-commerce
  • Google Ads/Bing certifications
  • Understanding of SEO and how it connects with paid performance
  • Familiarity with tag management, conversion tracking and automation scripts
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimisation
  • Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish language skills
