We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help lead digital advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, with a focus on both strategy and execution. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of strategists, analysts, creatives, and client partners to drive performance, tell compelling stories through data, and deliver measurable results. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will plan, launch, optimize, and report paid search and paid social campaigns across a range of social impact and education-focused clients. Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct audience and keyword research, build campaign structures, write trafficking instructions, and support creative recommendations
  • Optimize campaign performance based on key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and cost-per-lead
  • Translate data into insights and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients in clear, compelling ways
  • Lead tracking setup and analytics support, including confirming pixel placement, building and validating UTMs, and translating performance data into actionable insights
  • Participate in client meetings to present campaign performance, discuss strategic recommendations, and respond to platform-specific questions
  • Develop and deliver client reports that translate performance data into meaningful insights, supporting strategic discussions and next steps
  • Stay current on platform changes and performance media trends, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency or performance marketing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and client priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar dashboards)
  • Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and visual — with the ability to build trust through clear insights and recommendations
  • Self-starter mindset, collaborative attitude, and a strong sense of accountability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and client presentations

Nice to have:

  • LinkedIn Ads experience a plus
  • Experience working with higher education, government, or social impact clients
  • Google Tag Manager knowledge a plus
