This is a hands-on role owning all aspects of paid search and paid social execution across a portfolio of multiple clients. This is an opportunity for a paid media specialist looking to make strategic contributions in a tight-knit, high-impact team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Own strategy, execution, and optimization for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Build and manage campaigns: keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy, bids, landing pages, and budgets
Deliver regular performance reports and present results to clients
Identify ways to improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale successful campaigns
Act as main point of contact for paid media clients and lead communications
Support CRO with landing page audits, A/B tests, and conversion analysis
Provide audience and keyword insights to content strategy
Assist with analytics, attribution, and dashboard setup (GA4)
Contribute to new business pitches and strategic audits as a paid media expert
Help enhance best practices
Requirements:
5+ years’ hands-on paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads required
LinkedIn/Microsoft Ads a plus)
Experience managing $20K–$150K+ in monthly ad spend across multiple accounts
Expertise in search, display, and performance campaigns
Strong analytical skills
comfortable with GA4 and data analysis
Excellent communicator, able to translate results for various audiences
B2B, professional services, or lead generation experience preferred
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable in small teams
Proactive in staying up to date with platform changes and new strategies
