Job Description:

As our Paid Media Strategist, you will drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth through data driven paid media campaigns. This hybrid role will lead Designity’s own Paid Media initiatives as well as support strategic client campaigns, giving you the opportunity to make an impact across industries. You’ll manage paid search (Google/Bing search/display), paid social (LinkedIn, Insta, X, TikTok, etc.), and programmatic, using AI powered tools to enhance audience targeting, bid automation, and ad creative optimization. You’ll collaborate with Designity’s marketing and creative team to align paid efforts with the broader strategy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute high Impact paid media strategies (across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Reddit, X, Meta, programmatic advertising and emerging paid channels)
  • Create and optimize ad copy and creatives to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid campaigns with organic growth strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine audience targeting, messaging, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor key performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Manage and allocate ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Track user behavior, predict trends, and optimize ad spend using AI-powered tools
  • Implement retargeting strategies to engage high-intent prospects and nurture leads
  • Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with hyper targeted, personalized ad campaigns

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing for both B2B and B2C brands
  • Proven success in lead generation and pipeline acceleration
  • Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social strategies
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize campaign performance, enhance targeting precision, and drive higher efficiency and ROI
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
  • Analytical and results driven, with a focus on reducing CPL, increasing SQLs, and improving ROAS
